An 8-week movement program expertly designed to help busy mums recover and strengthen their bodies after pregnancy and childbirth. This series of 10 to 30 minute classes blends a combination of feel good movements, functional pilates, nervous system support, and mindset tools to help you feel stronger, calmer and energised. It’s a combination of strategies that build strength, reconnect to your core + pelvic floor, target back pain, low energy and general aches, so you feel confident and strong in your own skin. We’re here to take care of you, so you can take care of the people in your life.
