An online library of mini workouts and mobility classes
that you can do at home to compliment the work we do together in our sessions.
Our first session will be 1.5 hours long to go through your history, injuries, goals and do a physical assessment.
8 weeks of 1-hour sessions together, once a week in person at my home in Bondi, or Online via Zoom.
