Whether you’re pregnant with your first or you’ve got three little ones keeping you on your toes, we offer holistic movement programs to energise, rebuild, and strengthen. 

Each program is designed to fit into the busy schedule of being a mother, with sessions as short as 15 minutes and as long as 45 minutes. These classes blend intelligent functional pilates style movement, relaxation techniques, self-care rituals and mindset tools into one simple and sustainable program. It’s a combination of strategies that build strength, target back pain, low energy and general aches so you feel confident and strong in your own skin.

SheGlows is a place for women to carve out time for themselves during every stage of motherhood.

It all started when I became a mother. 

Born out of a desire to nourish my own body and reconnect with myself after becominga first-time mumma, I began exploring different movements, exercises, and mindfulness practices.

I tried the gym classes. I booked in for the group sessions. I tried returning to the intensive exercise I was doing pre-baby. 

But it didn’t feel right. I felt like I was putting unnecessary extra 
strain on my already tired body, overworking my exhausted nervous system and focusing on how I looked - not how I felt. 

Instead, I craved the flexibility and freedom to move my body in a way that felt right to me, to balance strength with relaxation, and to feel supported by other mothers that understood how I felt.

SheGlows brings together my 8 years of training as a pilates and yoga instructor, helping many clients through their pregnancy and postpartum journeys, my pre and postnatal exercise specialist studies, and my personal experience as a mother. My mission is to help women celebrate the beautiful miracle of having a family, while still carving out time to embrace their sense of self.

At SheGlows, we don’t measure our progress in numbers on the scales, reflections or time. Our goal is to use feel good, functional movements to build strength, calm a busy mind, ease common aches and pains, and feel confident in our bodies again. I want to help mothers embrace their ever changing bodies through every stage of motherhood. 

It’s a vision that inspired SheGlows, and one that guides every program, class and session we create. As your instructor, supporter, and soon to be friend, 

I’ll be with you every step of the way. 

When I couldn’t find what I was looking for, I made it myself.
