As a new Mum, I found myself struggling to balance all the hats that come with motherhood. More often than not, I was exhausted, stressed and overwhelmed. I wanted to move my body for my mental health but I had nothing left in the tank, my body felt foreign to me and I struggled to find enough time to book in for an exercise class.

GOT QUESTIONS

DO I NEED ALOT OF TIME TO COMPLETE THE PROGRAMS?

No, I have designed the program to be 3 x 30 minutes full body workouts a week, along with some very short educational videos. I have provided supplementary classes to support you, should you find you have a spare 10 to 20 minutes in your day. Nervous system support and mobility classes are optional but highly recommended to add in, when you can for the best results. 

WILL THIS PROGRAM HEAL MY DIASTATSIS, & PELVIC FLOOR DYSFUNCTION?

The healing journey postpartum is never linear, and so many factors can come into play. I want women to drop the expectations that they will bounce back after a baby and instead take a slow methodical approach, with intelligent movement that can help minimise or eliminate their symptoms. Restore + Rebuild is about building an awareness of how to move your body once you are postpartum, and building a foundation of strength so you can return to the activities you love. 

Should you feel like you need a more individualized approach to your healing you can check out my online or in person 1:1 coaching, where I can work closely with you and your women's health physio to get you the best possible outcome. 

HOW IS THE CONTENT DELIVERED?

I wanted to make this program as easy to follow as possible. NO annoying downloads or spreadsheets or individual exercises that you have to piece together to form your workout. The content is all uploaded as a complete exercise class that I guide you through, in a week by week format. All you need to do is grab your equipment and hit play. 

When can I start the program?

After your six week check and you have been given clearance to exercise. If you can and it’s accessible to you, I always recommend seeing a women's pelvic health physio as part of your postnatal support team. 

What if I can’t complete the course in 8 weeks?

We understand that life happens, and sometimes taking a nap when you have been up all night, is more important than doing an exercise class. We always say something is better than nothing and it’s important to listen to your body, so some days that might mean swapping out an exercise class for one of our gentle mobility or calming classes. All that I ask is you block out some time in the week for YOU. You will have access to the course 12 months post purchase date. 

How long will I have access to the course for?

You will have access to the course 12 months post purchase date, so you can make use of all the bonus content and extra videos, plus any update. 

What equipment do I need?

Light dumbbells 1 kg to 1.5 kg
A pilates ball
A medium resistance band/theraband
A set of booty bands aka loop bands
An internet connection
A foam roller and trigger point ball (optional for some of the bonus content)

All equipment is easy to find and affordable in stores like Kmart, Target or Amazon. 

Can I do this program if I had my babies years ago?

Yes, whether you have returned to exercise or not, if you are still experiencing the after effects of pregnancy and birth like leaking, prolapse, back pain, weak core then it is good to go back to the basics and rebuild from the ground up, even if you had your babies 10 years ago.
